- The position is responsible to perform variety of accounting functions related to GL accounting
- Maintain data and records in accordance with accounting standards & principles
- Exposure to following areas will be preferred in Fixed Assets Process:
- Good understanding over GL process.
- Well-versed in Processing journals relates to accruals , prepayments and re class
- Complete GL Reconciliations related to Fixed Assets sub ledgers
- Month End Close activities
- Other Adhoc tasks
- Perform accruals on day to day basis
- Follow-up with onshore team to get required details to complete month end task
- Perform reconciliations of sub ledgers
- Proficient in maintaining trackers and update changes
- Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and timelines

- Manager for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, seeking support and monthly evaluation of performance
- Sr. Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the Manager
- Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of handling process related issues, queries and escalated transactions
- GL Team
- Client trainers, SMEs and Operations for the purpose of developing and updating training.
- Escalations at the client end for the purpose of seeking clarifications & answering queries
- Good computer navigation skills
- Strong PC skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly strong in MS Excel & Word are a critical requirement
- Exposure to SAP
- Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets or Record to Report Process
- Accounting principles and general accounting concepts
