Making calls to available personnel, using flexi resources, or creating on-the-spot substitutions.Continuously monitor the workforce count against the real-time vessel update.Ensure 100% planned leave implementation as per leave/off ratio and sharing data with operations stakeholders.Appropriate consumption of leaves by employees to avoid last-minute hassle.Regularly communicating with team leads to address shift-related grievances or requests, handle conflict resolution regarding shift preferences, fairness, or fatigue.Provide accurate attendance and shift data for monthly payroll processing.Update and calculate moves data for incentive calculation and share to Global shared center.Ensure all records are sent within tight timelines to avoid payroll delays.Over time, updating and monitoring of the applicable resources.Handle swipe-related issues, verify punch-in/punch-out records, and system issues.Review medical certificates, Swipe approval letters, shift change form and adjust the roster accordingly.Absenteeism records and trends.Leave balance tracking and annual leave planning.Rostering & de-rostering logs.Shift swap requests and approvals.Medical leave documentation and approvalsSwipe-in corrections and manual updates.Special Leave Record.Reconciliation and the process of operations contractors' invoices.Sound knowledge of terminal billing system, i.e., Oracle, payroll, & Terminal operating system
