- Drive mid-year and annual performance management cycles including goal setting, mid-year review activities, year-end calibrations, quality audits, data interpretation and leadership review decks. Post year end activities including timely release of Performance inputs, promotion announcements, and celebrations.
- Operationalize and evolve feedback cycles including tool adoption strategy, communication campaigns, and reporting insights.
- Partner across HC teams to work on process enhancements, internal tools, dashboards and process developments basis
- Planning and execution of Engagement model with LoS HC teams for periodic updates to HC leaders
- Creation, adaption and advocacy of process SoPs, role playbooks
- Plan, and support project management of listening priorities, including annual surveys, AI listener platform and touchpoint/MTM surveys.
- Manage stakeholder communications, create MTM questionnaire, toolkits for leaders and people managers, and curate leader enablement forums.
- Drive storytelling and reporting via emails, dashboards, and presentations.
- Plan and anchor rollout, training, and adoption of listening dashboards.
- Lead xLoS engagement to drive tool usage, insights and rhythm of business.
- Co-create and manage high-impact experience/engagement calendar basis people priorities and value proposition (Performance, Wellbeing, recognition etc.).
- Support PMO – individual experience/engagement calendar touchpoints with end-to-end planning and execution including communication, roll out, adoption and governance.
- Design and run a comprehensive engagement model/Rhythm of business connects x HC teams
- Enable People managers, leaders and HC teams with theme-based insights, action items rooted in feedback and data.
