Develop expertise on the SaaS offerings of BuildingX platform
Understand the customer requirements and define onboarding targets
Onboarding of customer sites
Support Technical pre-sales
Collaborate with R&D to impact the product gaps and quality

What do I need to be Eligible for this Role?

Bachelor's/Master's degree in any branch of engineering.
6+ years in project solutioning.
Experience of working with end customers in aspects of understanding , implementing , onboarding and handing over projects
Proficiency in building automation domain
Understanding and practicing of process for delivering the SaaS offerings from HQ based portfolio to regional sales to end customer
Experience in automation of onboarding process to improve operational efficiencies
Understanding of the presales process . Any initiatives and experience in accelerating pre sales will be preferred
High energy , learnability, business orientation and aptitude is essential to perform the responsibilities of the role.
