The KYC Operations Intmd Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.In this role, you’re expected to:

Ensure production of accurate and standardized reporting with key insights
Provide ongoing support and enhancement relating to reporting deliverables
Assist with Ad hoc data and reporting requests from seniors/peers within SMB KYC Quality function
Maintain dashboards and on demand reporting to leadership team
Prepare presentations for senior-management that appropriately communicate data-driven results to executives
Own/Lead departmental projects / initiatives as requested
Representation in various local / regional forums, as required
Multi-task and work independently
Work to tight deadlines as part of a team
Interact with Auditors, Compliance and Independent Control Groups as required
Good attention to detail while focused on delivery
Work on several initiatives concurrently and cope with changes in priorities
Prepare daily /Weekly MIS
Population management
Handling Stakeholders quires related to Metrics

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

Bachelor’s/University degree
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
A proven track record with at least 2-4 years of relevant reporting, Metrics/MIS experience
Proficiency at consolidating data from numerous sources to create presentations for all levels of management and other stakeholders
Significant experience working with Excel, MS Office tools (including SharePoint), and other tools related to queries and data management
Some Operations experience desirable
Global experience would be beneficial
Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills.
Possess the ability to work with various Stakeholders/Senior management and build and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to manage team level processes and deliver presentations
Ability to proficiently use MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Strong analytical and time management skills, excellent attention to detail
