Head - Finance and Accounts

• Preferably Female

• Worked in ITES Company, with turnover between 50 Cr to 100 Cr
• Manage the companys financial planning, Accounts, MIS and Taxation
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
• Well versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to fundraising and banking operations
• Oversee financing strategies and activities, as well as banking, insurance, and other vendor relationships ,plan and lead negotiation activities on behalf of the firm.
• Prepare/Manage current financial reports like Balance Sheet/P&L/Stock statement
• Prepare /Manage and present forecasting reports like budgetsOversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and functions; ensure records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards; supervise the Company's finance staff.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting for the firm's investing clients, and the Company's board of directors; oversee the preparation and communication of monthly, quarterly and annual financial
• statements for investing client assets, and for the firm's own accounts
• .Information technology exposure: understanding the firm IT needs and supervising the allocation of and the deployment of the firm's IT budget and ongoing needs.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory & statutory compliance of all functions.
• Experience or knowledge of information technology capital allocation and purchasing.
• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, attention to detail plus excellent organization skills.
• Previous working experience as any senior financial managerial position for 10 years
• CA/CMA/MBA Finance or similar relevant field
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, negotiating skills and interpersonal skills.
