  • Developing engaging social media strategies
  • Managing the social media platforms
  • Engaging followers with regular company updates
  • Overseeing Social Media teamwork
  • Responding to the comments on social media on time
  • Monitoring social media metrics and ROI
  • Analyzing social media trends
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year of experience ideally in Product Marketing or Sales Operations / Sales Support within the IT industry.
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You have a working knowledge of Strong Communication and Convincing Power
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
