Job Description:Essential Job Functions:Desired Skills and Qualifications

8+ years' experience as a Functional Consultant in D365 CE (Sales / Customer Service / Field Service) and/or Power platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
Strong understanding of the others: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing
Experience developing in a Cloud environment, working with DevOps practices
Knowledge of D365 FO and the understanding of Dual-Write integration to D365 CE / Power Platform
Communication skills, Design skills, Presenting
Documentation: Functional Design / technical specifications
Strong Knowledge to D365 / Power Platform to configure;

Dashboards, Forms, Tables, Fields and Views
Business Process Flows
Security models in Dynamics 365/Power Platform using Security Roles, Business Units, Teams and Field Level Security
Automation using Power Automate, Workflows, Business Rules
Have a basic understanding of JavaScript
Familiar with agile delivery and the use of Azure DevOps or similar
Are comfortable articulating & presenting technical ideas and solutions
Knowledge of Power Pages Portals, including the configuration of Web Forms, the configuration of Web Roles and Permissions, and the basic customisation of templates
Are capable of supporting data migration and importation of data into the platform
Fully understand how Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform fit into the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
