- Customer Complaint CRM Call Analysis : Analyse and identify factory actionable calls. Prioritization of product / defect for factory actionable Review with CFT and initiate CA and monitor implementation.
- Analysis and resolution of line Q issues on day-to-day basis
- Interacting with Service team for resolution/analysis of site related issues. Need based site visits – PAN India
- Coordination with functions like Design, Engineering, Purchase and Suppliers for various developments, activities.
- Improvement projects like Six Sigma, QC story etc
- Quality function experience preferably in electrical manufacturing
- Must have exposure to process and product requirement of applicable international standards IS/IEC-60947
- Engineering Drawing reading & Interpretation, Software knowledge like MS office, SAP.
- Knowledge of 7 QC tools, 8D, XFMEAs, DOE, SPC, etc. System knowledge on ISO 9001
