This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and business expansion through strategic account planning, high-level negotiations, and cross functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:1) Drive strategies for client engagements for greater market penetration and profitability2) B2B sales specialist driving revenue through sales maximization in the designation accounts3) Improve revenue growth by demand creation and improved quality of engagement4) Focus on growing and developing existing accounts, together with generating new business5) Manage sales performance to key business metrics including margin targetsCompetencies:- Client Centricity: understand internal/external clients' (e.g. committees, working groups, country representatives, etc.,) needs and concerns in the short too long- term and to provide sound recommendations and/or solutions.- Diplomatic Sensitivity: understanding other people.
