For more information, visit: www.247.ai/company Job Description: As a Director, BPO Pricing & Analytics , your responsibilities will include heading BPO pricing team Prepare pricing for new business opportunities & negotiating the rates. You will be working closely with Sales team, providing financial insights and projections to various stakeholders like CXO level resources. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning . You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made . Skills: Bachelor's degree with MBA / CA and experience in finance or a related area. Preferably CA. Experience: Total of 10 to 15 Years. Relevant of 7+ Years of experience in Ops finance, BPO Pricing / Rate negotiation & Analytics. Strong BPO Pricing experience Good people management experience - Lead & Manage the team of 3 - 5 Resources who provides rate / price to Sales team so they can sell to customer Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills General knowledge of financial/operational principles Very good understanding of finance and how P&L works and costs go to P&L. Experience developing financial analysis and BPO Pricing. Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization Work Location : Bangalore / Hybrid (Candidate must be in Bangalore) Responsibilities This is pricing & analytics role, will be heading BPO pricing team. Analytics: This is to help growth the margin of business and for profitability . Provide Analytics support / financial insights and projections to the operation teams related to productivity, forecast planning, reporting, and other cost metrics. Prepare pricing for new business opportunities & negotiating the rates Meeting CXO level people & presenting the projects to CXO level people. You will have good visibility. You will be heading the pricing across geography - India, PHP, Latin America, US, Canada You will get additional exposure to Technology pricing. Review MSAs and SOWs for new and existing clients. Working closely with CXO resources on regular basis. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, Assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made. Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions. Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization. Assist in creating presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made. Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Review MSAs and SOWs for new and existing clients. Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
