AREA BUSINESS MANAGER - Full Truck Load- Freight as a Service (FaaS) Pune About The Company A digital platform to provide 'Freight as a Service (FaaS) by aggregating demand from Shippers and providing service through third party trucks. Platform will enable receipt of payment from Shippers and payment to transporter through the company. The company shall bring value for Fleet Owners (Owners) & Freight Partners (transporters/aggregators/brokers) by bringing a better Truck utilization & stronger margins. Both of them bring huge value in the entire Logistics supply chain & the company is committed to put these at the Centre of their mission. Core Responsibilities Responsible for complete cycle of demand acquisition and revenue generation for a set of customers in defined industry segments Market combing - Identify, engage and convert new shipment opportunities from MSME shippers and increase wallet share with existing customers Responsible for driving revenues and growing the market share as per targets assigned for particular micro-markets in the cluster Coordinate with Clients and Supply team for transportation of shipment Ensure proper documentation for on-boarding shipper Build strategies to increase trips, yield and repeat shipments from existing customers, and ensure 5% dormant accounts Generate market intelligence of the assigned area Responsible for sales outstanding Collections & Sales Recovery Who are we looking for A Go-Getter: You are a highly driven individual who goes that extra mile to decide on the strategic direction of the business Analytical and a Problem Solver: Thinker and problem solver Ownership: Entrepreneurial mindset. Qualifications Graduation or Post Graduation (MBA) with 4-6 Years of experience in sales Good understanding of how freight market and relationships between truckers, shippers and brokers work. Experience with an existing digital freight aggregation platform will be preferred. Open to travelling.
