Ltd. in partnership with You Work Life (YWL).This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills and customer handling experience, looking to build a long-term career in Europe.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in booking tickets for national and international rail journeys
  • Provide travel guidance and recommend suitable travel options
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services and products
  • Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Maintain updated information on offers, promotions, and services
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth travel experience
Salary: ₹3000000 – ₹3500000 INR per annum (approx.)RequirementsEligibility Criteria:
  • Arunachal Pradesh domicile candidate (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service / travel / sales preferred
  • Completed 12th / Graduation / Vocational Training
  • Basic English communication skills required
  • Willingness to learn German language (training will be provided)
Skills Required:
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and professional attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Driving license (Category B) is an added advantage
