Responsibilities include documenting and maintaining system updates, acting as a liaison with vendors or business units, gathering and prioritizing integration requirements, and testing product quality and functionality. The role also covers basic system maintenance and optimization, leveraging platform expertise to evaluate standard versus customized solutions, and ensuring optimal user experience and accessibility. Strong skills in computational thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications are essential.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Develops, documents, and configures systems specifications that conform to defined architecture standards, address business requirements, and processes.
Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting hardware and software compliance and security standards.
Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements and characteristics of overall system.
Establishes and documents system design, parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems functionality, performance and compatibility, and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of configurations, such as existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities.
Actively identifies system functionality or performance deficiencies, executes changes to existing systems, and tests functionality of the system to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, data integrity, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
May document testing and maintenance of system updates, modifications, and configurations.
May act as a liaison with key technology vendor technologists or other business functions.
Function Specific: Strategically design technology solutions that meets the needs and goals of the company and its customers/users.
Leverages platform process expertise to assess if existing standard platform functionality will solve a business problem or customization solution would be required.
Gather and prioritize integration requirements.
Test the quality of a product and its ability to perform a task or solve a problems.
Perform basic maintenance and performance optimization procedures in each of the primary operating systems.
Technology: Using computational thinking to define technological solutions to real life problems.
Design technology that allows for the optimal user experience and broad accessibility.
Ability to document detailed technical system specifications based on business system requirements.

Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.8+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst, IT Technical Analyst, SAP consultant or SAP implementation project member with a preferred focus on warehousing and distribution.In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and terminology related to distribution, transportation, and trade compliance.Solid business process knowledge and experience in SAP ECC Sales and Distribution, Order Fulfilment , Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management functions.Solid experience in SAP Customization (SPRO): Logistics Execution (Order to Cash), Inventory Management and Warehouse Management.Solid knowledge in Inter/Intra-company process and 3rd Party Purchase via EDI(Interfaces).Collaborate with IT teams to integrate EDI systems and processes with internal/external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.Understanding of IT change processes and/or SAP solution delivery processes.General understanding of supply chain processes.Excellent communication in English as well as collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.Minimum 8 years of relevant or adjacent experience required.Experience with full cycle SAP implementation projects.Experience through facilitating small to large groups through challenging discussionsPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
