- Seeking a dynamic and passionate Account Manager to lead sales strategy for Central Government, with a primary focus on the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
- This role is not limited to achieving sales targets — it is a strategic leadership position focused on driving innovation, influencing digital transformation, and delivering impactful outcomes through comprehensive technology portfolio.
- Drive sales of full suite of solutions, including Networking, Security, Collaboration, Cloud, and AI Infrastructure, along with associated services.
- Develop and execute account strategies that align capabilities with the ministries’ priorities, digital initiatives, and policy frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior government stakeholders, becoming a strategic advisor and technology partner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Systems Engineering, Architecture, Services, Renewals, Partners, and Commercial Finance — to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions.
- Act as the single point of accountability for account success, ensuring customer satisfaction, business growth, and compliance with government standards and processes.
- 10+ years of strategic sales & technical experience, with a strong focus on Central Government departments, demonstrating a consistent track record of revenue growth and long-term client engagement.
- Deep understanding of Central Government missions, procurement cycles, and decision-making processes, with the ability to align complex technology solutions to public sector goals.
- Proven expertise in positioning and selling integrated technology solutions, including Data Center, Networking, Collaboration, and Cybersecurity, tailored to meet compliance and operational standards within government frameworks.
- Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, track customer interactions, and drive data-informed sales strategies.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify, influence, and close high-value opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and strategic alignment.
