- Solution Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end solution design, implementation, and support for Oracle Cloud PPM and FA modules.
- Ensure configurations align with business requirements, compliance standards, and best practices across project and asset accounting.
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Conduct workshops to gather and document business needs.
- Perform fit-gap analysis with Oracle functionality and propose alternate solutions using industry standards.
- Functional Expertise
- Implement and support:
- Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Foundation, Contracts, Project Management
- Fixed Asset setup, mass additions, depreciation, retirements, and FA-GL integration
- Troubleshoot PPM and FA transactional and configuration issues independently using Oracle tables and logs.
- Data & Integration Management
- Lead automation of data flows using FBDI, APIs, and Oracle Web Services.
- Support integrations between FA, PPM, Payables, Procurement, and GL.
- Reporting & Insights
- Develop reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View for financial and operational visibility.
- Support FP&A in planning, forecasting, and reporting on project and asset health.
- Project Governance & Documentation
- Create configuration documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and assess impact on system configurations.
- Recommend and implement system/process enhancements to improve performance and reduce risk.
- 7-10 years Implementing and supporting Oracle financial applications, preferably in a retail environment
- 1 full lifecycle of implementing Oracle Financial Cloud
- Minimum 8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, with proven expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Fixed Assets (FA)
- At least 1 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials with a focus on PPM/FA
- Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and related finance operations
- Hands-on experience with:
- Project Financial Management (Costing, Billing, Foundation, Enterprise Contracts)
- Project Execution (Resource and Task Management)
- Fixed Assets Lifecycle (Additions, Transfers, Retirements, Depreciation, GL Transfer)
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management
- Expertise in:
- SQL, Oracle Tables/Metadata
- FBDI, BIP, OTBI, BICC, ESS Jobs
- Smart View / EPM Cloud (preferred)
- Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) (plus)
