- Responsible for online quality of product on machine, test, analyse and report and feed to production
- Inspection of finished product, Raw material, packaging material,
- Inspection and testing of all incoming material (RM, PM and Others)
- Coordinate with Purchase for rejection if any.
- Data generation for all the material tested and inspected.
- Maintaining documents related to ISO, BRCGS, FSMS, Sedex and other certifications.
- Work in shifts
- Conduct Testing as per standards and SOPS. Safely handle lab chemicals
- Generate COA for approved lots and batches
- Operate lab instrument and Equipment.
- Follow GLP and best practices within area.
- Sample preparation
- Basics Process and Equipment Knowledge
- Establishing standards, policies, and procedures for testing processes and procedures.
- Ensure product and process meets all the regulatory compliances required.
- Exposure and worked in Quality Management System, (ISO, FSMS, BRC, Sedex, OHSAS,).
- Prepare SOPs, Work Instructions, and Test Procedures and interact with our size agency for third party testing.
- Handle system related queries of inside and outside customers, follow up with agencies and auditors for on time NC closing and certification.
- Safety and Environmental audits and meeting standards, respond to customer queries.
- Follow guidelines and instruction from superior.
- Candidate must have Knowledge of Craft Paper.
- Informative.
- System and Regulations Knowledge.
- Working Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PP). Good at statistics.
- Good Communications Skills (English).
