Engineering services: Comprehensive design, engineering, and validation capabilities for complete vehicle development projects: CAD, CAE and testing of all major vehicle functionalities. Proving grounds: The most comprehensive proving grounds in Europe and Asia, located in Spain and China. Homologation services in accordance with all European EC and ECE Regulations.   • Experience in Program Management in OEM/Tier 1/ESP environment.
  • Expertise in managing overall Chassis Program including Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Structural, Frames, Wheels, Tires, Mounts etc.
  • Experience in Vehicle Integration / Issue Resolution specifically in Chassis / Top-Hat zones.
  • Exposure to CAE Load cases applicable / Regulatory requirements etc
  • Well versed in Vehicle Test Management ( Component , Subsystem , Module & Vehicle Level )
  • Exposure to Product development stages
  • Experience in negotiating with Cross Functional Teams/ Front ending with Clients.
  • Awareness/exposure of Industry 4.0 / Industry X.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Very good communication skill.
