Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
Project Management for MEP activities
To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective Project management service
Must have worked on Refurbishment projects for office fitouts projects
Ensures timely and accurate reporting and quality deliverables are issued to clients
Track all MEPF activities at project and report to client for on time delivery
Coordination with contractors and vendors for quality and on time management
Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
Leading MEP vertical for Refurbishment Projects.
MEPF project Managements

Qualifications

B.E. / BTech (Mechanical / Electrical)
NICMAR / equivalent would be an added advantage
10 - 15 years' experience
Good verbal and written English communication skills
