- Perform technical aspects of software development for assigned applications including design, developing prototypes, coding assignments and working with API specs and automation
- Work with agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation)
- Delivers solutions to businesses worldwide
- Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation
- Leads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
- Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies
- Prior Experience of Implementing HCM Fusion Core Module
- Prior experience of HCM fusion Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
- Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
- Prior experience of developing Oracle Journey, email notification using Alert Composer / BIP, approval workflow.
- Prior experience of developing solution using Document of Record.
- Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
- Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
- Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
- Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
- · Prior knowledge of VBS , Redwood, ORC, Talent, Learn, Compensation will advantage.
- · Prior experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
- Prior experience of migrating to Redwood pages will be advantages
