Design, develop, and implement Pega applications following best practices.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
Participate in system architectural design and technical discussions.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications and environments.
Develop test cases and conduct unit testing to validate solution functionality.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, making necessary updates and enhancements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pega Developer with a strong understanding of Pega rules and frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in Pega (CPDC or higher) is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
