Job Overview:We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Personal Secretary to the CEO who can manage executive-level coordination, communication, and stakeholder interactions efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedulesCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEOPrepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and official correspondenceHandle confidential information with utmost discretionFollow-ups on key tasks, meetings, and action itemsAssist in planning meetings, events, and business visitsTravel along with the CEO as and when requiredRequirements Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years as Personal Secretary / Executive AssistantSkills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong follow-up and coordination skillsBenefits Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – Work from Office + Home)Additional Details:
