This role is for candidates with strong fundamentals who actively leverage AI tools to speed up coding, debugging, and problem-solving.We value efficient outcomes over slow, traditional development workflows.RequirementsRequired Skills· Strong fundamentals in Next.js / React· Backend development with Node.js and Express· Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and basic TypeScript· Experience with SQL databases and MongoDB· Understanding of APIs and asynchronous programming· Basic HTML, CSS, and Git usage (commits, branches, PRs)Preferred / Plus Skills· Authentication basics (JWT, sessions)· Exposure to React Native or Redis· Personal or academic full-stack projects· Experience using or integrating AI tools / AI APIsExpectations (AI-First & Smart Development)· Strong fundamentals with a high learning and execution speed· Ability to use AI tools to build, debug, and ship faster· Tasks that usually take 1 to 2 days should be solvable within hours using AI effectively· Clear understanding of solutions not blind copy-paste· Comfortable explaining how AI was used during developmentBenefitsStipend & Perks
