- Experience in architecting and implementing eCommerce B2C and B2B solutions using Insite/Optimizely commerce
- Provide B2C and B2B eCommerce related solution recommendations.
- Works with Enterprise Architecture resources to provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT initiatives to support and enhance the existing platforms.
- Designs, configures and/or develops search solutions to meet the needs of application
- Maintains code repository and branching
- Maintain configuration and coding standards for Search and active contribution in project delivery teams providing search capability.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Assist in creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
- Remediate bugs and issues found during testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing business requirements.
- Participate in formal customer reviews during project execution and project completion coupled with ongoing support/optimization reviews to improve customer satisfaction
- Creates and updates technical documentation, playbooks, and specifications of all platforms developed
- Accountable for technical knowledge transfer as part of transition to support activities.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies and standards inclusive of accessibility, vulnerability and website inventory management.
- Advise and create methods to improve technical solution processes
- Aggressively deliver projects in a cost-effective, fast, but risk-controlled manner.
- Bachelors Degree required (in Information Technology or Digital preferred or related field)
- Experience in architecting and implementing eCommerce B2C and B2B solutions
- Minimum 10 years of Information Technology or related experience in medium / large scale organizations, preferably with experience deploying and supporting customer facing applications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Sitecore Commerce Server, FAST Search Insite Commerce and/or Apttus experience
- Basic understanding of CMMi and ITIL Processes and demonstrated experience utilizing both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate across borders
- Exceptional consultative, project management and multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
- Results-driven, self & quick learner team player
- Well versed with wireshark, fiddler and other debugging tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment
- Acts with a sense of urgency, a bias for action and speed
- Excellent innovative skills in seeking out new approaches and solutions, researches advances in information technology
- Experience in IIS,.net, sql , biztalk, CS , MS tech suits.
