- Experience: 6–7 years of solid HR experience, specifically within a Manufacturing/Plant-based MNC.

- Autonomous Operator: Should not require hand-holding or constant guidance. You are expected to "own" the department from day one.
- Resourcefulness: Must be able to leverage a personal/professional network and modern tools to solve problems, find talent, and stay updated on legal changes.
- Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in using HR technology, payroll software, and advanced MS Office to automate and streamline functions.
- HR Leadership & Initiative: Lead the design and execution of plant-wide HR strategies (e.g., performance management, culture building, and safety drives).
- Policy Architect: Independently develop, draft, and implement local HR policies and SOPs that align with MNC standards and Indian Labor Laws.
- Independent Compliance Management: Full ownership of the Factories Act, Labor Laws, and Contractor Compliance—resolving issues through your own expertise and professional network.
- Network-Driven Results: Utilize external connections (labor departments, local HR forums, consultants) to stay ahead of industry benchmarks and compliance trends.
- End-to-End Function Ownership: Manage everything from recruitment and onboarding to payroll monitoring and employee exits with a high degree of passion and urgency.
