We are seeking a High-Impact HR Professional with 6–7 years of experience to lead all HR functions at our Halol, Gujarat plant. This role is for a passionate, independent driver who has worked in an MNC environment and can navigate complex HR landscapes without needing a roadmap. You will be the primary owner of HR initiatives, policy development, and plant-level compliance, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.Key Requirements & "Must-Haves":
  • Experience: 6–7 years of solid HR experience, specifically within a Manufacturing/Plant-based MNC.

  • MNC Exposure: Must understand global standards of documentation, professional ethics, and high-performance culture.
  • Autonomous Operator: Should not require hand-holding or constant guidance. You are expected to "own" the department from day one.
  • Resourcefulness: Must be able to leverage a personal/professional network and modern tools to solve problems, find talent, and stay updated on legal changes.
  • Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in using HR technology, payroll software, and advanced MS Office to automate and streamline functions.
New Core Responsibilities:
  • HR Leadership & Initiative: Lead the design and execution of plant-wide HR strategies (e.g., performance management, culture building, and safety drives).
  • Policy Architect: Independently develop, draft, and implement local HR policies and SOPs that align with MNC standards and Indian Labor Laws.
  • Independent Compliance Management: Full ownership of the Factories Act, Labor Laws, and Contractor Compliance—resolving issues through your own expertise and professional network.
  • Network-Driven Results: Utilize external connections (labor departments, local HR forums, consultants) to stay ahead of industry benchmarks and compliance trends.
  • End-to-End Function Ownership: Manage everything from recruitment and onboarding to payroll monitoring and employee exits with a high degree of passion and urgency.
