- Strong customer relationship management abilities to build and sustain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Tele-calling skills with the ability to make targeted calls to potential and existing clients (Mandatory skill).
- Fluency in English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written formats (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with lead generation techniques to identify and secure potential clients and business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing prompt and accurate information and assistance.
- Manage and update customer accounts and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
- Conduct tele-calling campaigns to generate leads, build client relationships, and promote our recruitment services.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to address client needs and facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with existing clients by ensuring their service needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify potential areas for service improvement by analyzing customer feedback and complaints and providing insights to management.
- Participate in training and development workshops to enhance service delivery and customer engagement skills.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions and service delivery.
