- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for APIs and intermediates.
- Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring timely response to inquiries, issues, and technical queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality assurance, regulatory, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective action where necessary.
- Excellent communication and negotation skills.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and chemical supply chains.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
