- Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the role.
- Understanding and translating Phoenix Requirements to technical team
- Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates
- Partner with Finance and Technology team in designing the optimum solution to meet Services Costing requirements.
- Lead the process transformation for Phoenix cost reporting process to meet the program deliverables.
- Partner with wider finance team to deliver reporting objectives of Services Costing
- Track and facilitate the phoenix finance process delivery, understand the delivery timelines and plan activities that will lead to the delivery of the overall plan for service catalogue costing
- Design process workflow in the most optimal manner with adequate provisions for checks and balances
- Assess the right automation solution (both interim and strategic) and oversee the delivery to ensure the outcomes are met within deadlines
- Gathering thematic requirements to prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, summarising the process ,progress made and highlighting the gaps and interventions .
- Assist in the design and execution of strategic solution for service catalogue costing
- Provide support and being able to trouble shoot and solve for issues around service catalogue costing
- Define KPI from a process perspective for all inputs and outputs of the process
- Connect with wider teams to understand the requirements and the process bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Undertake testing of process to assess the risks around the process
- Ensure adequate audit trail is maintained to satisfy audit requirements of Bank of England
- Act to minimize operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising and identify and manage forward looking risks.
- Ensure service costing team complies with all requirement of governance forums applicable under project phoenix.

SAP TechnologyQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cost analysis, financial analysis, finance transformation
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; hands on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear reports and presentations.
- Experience and being well versed in Agile Project Delivery, Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing
- Hands on experience on SAP technology tools
- Good understanding of technology delivery and lifecycle
