About the Role As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive- IT Service desk. What You'll Do: all activities related to customer order orders, executing, invoicing and delivery. upload related activities in SAP. material, customer, and pricing master data setup in SAP. with Area Managers in day-to-day sales support activities. liaising with operations teams and external customers and depots. all service PO for the Nordic countries in a timely manner. excel sheet and keeping track of orders and service PO's. stock cover reports and analyzing inventory level at depots. pricing list for Nordic countries. with SCM/Quality for timely availability and release of products. in Sales and demand forecasting. About You We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to patients' lives. For this role, you will also have the following: Qualifications: Graduate with science background or Post graduation in mathematics is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: have significant experience in preparing daily/weekly sales dashboard and have strong analytical skills. in updating, tracking order status and in preparing the stock and sales report for monthly and quarterly review. skills including all Microsoft Products (EXCEL and Power Point especially) attention to detail and proactive approach. nature with focus on proactive prevention of possible issues. interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. in operating SAP (SD Module or Basic knowledge)/ERP applications. positive and 'can-do' approach, biased towards finding solutions and embracing change. by our values of entrepreneurship, speed and integrity. agility and 'scalability', with a desire to continuously improve and develop as ADVANZ grows. collaboratively across all business functions with an open, honest, and respectful cooperation. to have fun and thrive in a growing, unique, and inclusive work environment.
