- Create projects in Clarity, assign resources based on PM request, etc.
- Create projects in RST (Resource Scheduling Tool), review RFR (Request for Resource), communicate with Resource Managers for resource allocations etc.
- Archiving and documentation management using DocPro.
- Reporting and benchmarking.
- Contracts Administration particularly during beginning and ending of a Project cycle.
- Support Project team to meet monthly POR / Target.
- Other tasks based on necessity and availability.
- Bachelor or equivalent experience, extra qualifications (MBA, etc) are an advantage.
- Experience level required is 3 to 5 years.
- Proficient language and communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and other applicable documents.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions along with risk assessments.
- Ready to take travelling assignment.
