We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join the team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with a background in interior design, architecture, or allied fields, who is passionate about design and skilled in building meaningful client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging strong industry partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic business initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and connect with potential clients in the architecture and interior design sectors.- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.- Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships.- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.- Negotiate and close contracts that align with client needs and company goals.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and case studies.- Collect client feedback and success stories to support promotional efforts.- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).- Work closely with design, project, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence and resource planning.What We're Looking For:- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors.- Strong research and analytical capabilities to uncover new business opportunities.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Creative problem-solving approach to business challenges.- Experience with design solutions or furniture-focused companies is a strong plus.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Work Schedule: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)Interested candidates may contact 93590 34327 or 96677 70774 for any additional information requirements.
