With 25 years of experience, they have earned a reputation for delivering high-quality projects that exceed expectations.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Building financial models to analyse and assess existing and potential real estate projects.- Monitoring portfolio investments by conducting regular risk and performance analysis.- Researching new investment opportunities and performing thorough due diligence.- Preparing reports and providing recommendations in order to assist in decision making.- Participating in all aspects of legal documentation, deal structuring and financing.- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.Ideal Candidate- You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Real Estate Investment role, ideally within the Hospitality and Real Estate industry.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You have solid experience in due diligence, deal structuring and performance analysis.- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You are a strong networker & relationship builde (ref:updazz.com)
