Shree Sai Tyres, a leading retail company in the tyre industry, is seeking a Back Office Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities and delivering excellent customer service. As a Back Office Sales Executive, you will work closely with the sales team, providing administrative and sales support to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assisting the sales team in managing sales calls, including quotation preparation, order processing, and invoicing Coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and resolving any order or delivery-related issues Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer communications in the CRM system Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing product information, and offering recommendations based on their needs Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the tyre industry Collaborating with the marketing department to create promotional materials and sales collaterals Assisting in the planning and execution of sales campaigns and events Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus Proven work experience as a Back Office Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, or similar role Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Active listening and negotiation skills
