Role SummaryOwn and drive end-to-end performance marketing and B2B lead generation. Responsible for generating high-quality leads (MQLs), optimizing cost (CPL/CPA), and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Marketing
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Manage ad budgets to optimize ROAS and CPL
  • Coordinate with agencies for creatives and campaign execution
2. Lead Funnel Optimization
  • Ensure lead quality and alignment with sales requirements
  • Improve conversion rates via landing pages and forms (CRO)
  • Integrate ad platforms with CRM for smooth lead flow
3. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs: CPL, CTR, CPA, funnel metrics
  • Use GA4 and platform dashboards for insights
  • Forecast performance and optimize campaigns
Requirements
  • 3–5 years in performance marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience managing agencies/vendors
  • Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / subscription-based businesses
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
