- Design, analyze, and test power electronics converters (inverters, DC-DC converters) and gate driver circuits for IGBTs/MOSFETs.
- Model and simulate systems using MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, PSIM; conduct worst-case analysis with Mathcad.
- Develop hardware systems, including analog/digital circuit design for microcontroller-based products (16/32/64-bit), verification, validation, and certification.
- Work on 48V motor control units with FOC and SVPWM strategies.
- Implement digital communication protocols (CAN, LIN, RS232, SPI, I2C).
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards (CISPR25, ISO11452, ISO 7637-2) and ISO 26262 functional safety requirements.
- Apply DFSS tools and reliability analysis; solve complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs and support product launches using model-based development and automated testing tools.
