Job description -
- Participating in recruitment efforts ( Job posting , arranging campus drive, active co ordination with placement agencies.)
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
- Identify and provide counselling for employees when needed.
- Manage Statutory compliances.
- Fulfil and adhere to the legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
- Preparation of Monthly Payroll data.
- Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
- Employee engagement with involvement of HR Manager.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
