You'll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and driven teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our people and contractors, while minimizing environmental impacts and protecting Alstom's assets. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Manufacturing, Platform, and Finance), engage with local authorities and stakeholders, and lead the implementation of EHS policies and practices at the site level.You'll specifically take care of deploying EHS management systems and ensuring compliance with statutory and company standards, but also develop and foster a strong EHS culture across the site.We'll look to you for:Supporting Site Management in achieving EHS objectives and resultsDriving the implementation of EHS policies and improvement plansConducting EHS risk assessments and implementing control measuresPreparing and maintaining emergency plans at the site levelEnsuring sub-contractor activities comply with EHS standardsLeading, coaching, and developing the local EHS teamDeveloping and maintaining the site's EHS management systemMonitoring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company requirementsDriving EHS continuous improvement and fostering a strong EHS cultureReporting, investigating, and analyzing accidents/incidents and sharing lessons learnedAll about youWe value your passion and attitude.
