Must have 6-8 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform.
Must have hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, Portals, and Scoped Applications.
Must be proficient in integrations (Inbound/Outbound).
Must have strong communication skills and experience in client handling.
Must be able to mentor junior developers in the team.
Must be based in Bengaluru.
