The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.Key Roles & Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.- Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposal discussions with prospective clients.- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions aligned with business needs.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.- Follow up consistently with prospects to drive closures.- Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data, pipeline status, and forecasts.- Share regular sales reports, activity updates, and performance metrics with management.- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.Desired Skills & Qualifications :- 2-3 years of proven experience in business development / B2B sales.- Experience in IT services, eLearning, LMS, SaaS, or digital solutions is an added advantage.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online prospecting platforms.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
