Project Management Associate/Business Analyst Experience: 1 to 3 Years Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM IST Budget: 2.4 LPA Location: Visakhapatnam Job Description: As a PM you will have overall accountability for the successful delivery of our projects, working closely with customers from contract signature through to launch. This role calls for a strong leader who is a strong Technologist, Consultant and Program Manager. Your role will be to own project delivery, providing both functional and technical consultation whilst managing resources across the different teams who are responsible for supporting delivery. What You'll Do: You will be the primary point of contact for our customers throughout implementation, owning all facets of service delivery on HEITS's behalf - including planning, requirements gathering, resource and budget management, risk management, governance and stakeholder management - ultimately driving the success of the projects. As the trusted advisor to your customers, you will maintain a holistic view of their end to end solution, ensuring optimal setup for maximum value realization. When delivering products / features in early stages of maturity, you will work with your colleagues to ensure successful delivery of the project. Finally, you will track and communicate project performance to all stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring that deliverables are managed within appropriate risk tolerance levels. Requirement: 1 to 3 years of hands-on technical program management experience including designing solutions for enterprise environments. Knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Software Development Life Cycles including Agile and Waterfall Understanding of Common Web Technologies including SaaS platforms - Java, Node, React, .Net, HTML, XML, APIs, JavaScript, Oracle Cloud, DevOps and CSS. You are not expected to write code, but you do need to understand technical requirements and configuration High-level understanding of Cloud Computing and hosted applications Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technical and business issues (and solutions) to diverse audiences Ensure IT Services Delivery for various projects for End-to-End Delivery. SPOC for escalations coming from External Databases. Interface with the development team for day-to-day operations and new activities like function improvement, version launch etc. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and working in a high-value production environment. Able to work with stakeholders to achieve the best solution for the customer Project Documentation, Process definition, Planning & Execution. Build and manage the end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress. Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered in time, cost and quality. Ensure that project outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered. Communicate regularly and effectively with project stakeholders
