- Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and outreach to proposal creation, contract finalization, and account management.
- Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and run targeted outbound campaigns to generate a healthy lead pipeline
- Lead client interactions (in-person and virtual) to understand requirements and present tailored IT service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams—technical, design, and delivery—to define project scope and ensure alignment.
- Manage RFP responses and prepare high-quality proposals and ensure timely follow-ups that lead to signed work orders.
- Maintain and grow key accounts, regular interaction and coordination with cross-functional teams including development and delivery to ensure strong client relationships and ongoing business opportunities.
- Regular communication and updates to senior management. Track and report on sales performance and contribute to strategic business planning with leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet revenue targets.
- Understanding of sales, business development, and account management in IT services.
- Effective interpersonal and client-facing skills across all stages of the sales cycle.
- Ability to assess client needs and convert them into tailored proposals.
- Proficient in managing contract discussions, closing deals, and handling key accounts.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships, effectively balancing customer success with internal business goals.
- Strong spoken and written English communication; able to present ideas clearly and confidently. Attention to detail in proposals, documentation and client interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and performance analysis.
- Works well independently and collaboratively; knows when to escalate or involve others. Professional, confident, and composed in all interactions.
