Ensure proper coordination between interior activities and electro mechanical services. Implement an appropriate and effective project or scheduling, tracking & Planning for interior fit-out projects. Ensure good finishing and quality for all interior fit-out & finishing work with proper documentation. Should have done Office Building Project. Should have experience in billing Should have experience in Budgeting Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders. Define long-term organizational strategic goals and build key customer relationships.
