- Developing and maintaining advanced SerDes system models using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Running comprehensive system simulations to verify design performance across multiple protocols and channels.
- Correlating simulated performance data with silicon measurements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborating closely with analog and digital designers, as well as hardware engineers, to optimize SerDes transceiver solutions.
- Assisting customers in resolving system-level performance issues and providing technical guidance.
- Analyzing link budgets for NRZ and PAM4 high-speed serial links and validating results with lab tests.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of equalization techniques, CDR architectures, and protocol support.
- Drive innovation in the development of 64Gbps-224Gbps PAM4 SerDes transceivers, advancing industry standards.
- Ensure product excellence by validating system performance through rigorous simulation and silicon correlation.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by resolving complex system-level challenges and delivering robust solutions.
- Strengthen Synopsys' leadership in high-speed chip design through technical expertise and collaborative teamwork.
- Support the integration of cutting-edge protocols and architectures, keeping Synopsys products at the forefront of technology.

- B.Tech with 16+ years or M.Tech with 14+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Expertise in modeling circuits and systems in MATLAB/Simulink.
- Strong background in designing high-speed analog CMOS circuits and digital signal processing.
- Deep understanding of communications theory, including equalization, coding, and noise/crosstalk filtering.
- Proficiency in analyzing link budgets for NRZ and/or PAM4 high-speed serial links.
- Experience with lab testing of high-speed serial links and knowledge of common protocols (PCIe, Ethernet, JESD204C, CPRI).
- Familiarity with C/Verilog-A/SystemVerilog for modeling and simulation.
