Sinch, 2nd largest CPaaS and messaging provider in the world.Sinch is scaling a modern Quote-to-Cash stack on Salesforce core. We're hiring a hands-on developer who thinks like an architect: you'll design guardrails and ship reliably across Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA/RLM) - Product Catalog, Pricing & Rate Management, Transaction Management (CPQ grid), Contracts, Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator, Asset Lifecycle, and Invoice Management. (~70% development / ~30% design & review.)Key Responsibilities

Design & develop RCA/RLM solutions (Pricing/Rate policies, Transaction grid, Contracts, Orchestrator, Invoice runs).
Build and maintain RLM/RCA flows, Flows, Platform Events, and async processes that are scalable, resilient, and observable.
Lead solution options and trade-offs; document end-to-end architectures, integration patterns, and technical specs.
Write high-quality Apex/LWC/SOQL-bulkified, idempotent, governor-safe-with strong unit/integration tests and CI checks.
Conduct code/design reviews, troubleshoot pricing/orchestration/invoice issues, and mentor junior devs when needed.
Operate what you build: monitoring, alerting, runbooks; ensure security, governance, auditability, and Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of Salesforce development with deep, production experience in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA/RLM).
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and/or Revenue Cloud.
Strong technical skills in Apex/LWC custom development, and Salesforce automation (Flows, Platform Events, Batch/Queueable).
Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture principles; able to design scalable multi-cloud solutions on core.
Demonstrated experience in designing and supporting Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash lifecycles.
Knowledge of data modelling, security/governance, and DevOps (SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
Excellent stakeholder communication-translate business needs into clear technical outcomes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional global team setup.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on with RLM/RCA flows
Experience in telecom/CPaaS, fintech, or SaaS; usage/commit + overage pricing at scale.
Experience working in a large, matrixed enterprise.
Agile project delivery experience using tools like Jira.
Familiarity with middleware or integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
