Reports To: GM – ServiceKey Responsibilities:Install and commission digital fabric direct printing machinesPerform troubleshooting, overhauling, and ensure machine uptimePromote and support sales of spare partsHandle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)Deliver customer training and printing supportMaintain proactive and responsive customer communicationTravel across India and occasionally abroad for service assignmentsRequired Qualifications & Experience:Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Full-time from a Govt.-recognized university)5–8 years hands-on experience in service roles with OEMs or digital textile printing companiesWorking knowledge of digital textile machines, RIP software, graphic tools, ERP/SAP systems, and MS OfficePersonal Attributes & Skills:Age: 25–30 yearsGender: MaleLanguages: Proficient in English, Hindi, and the local languageStrong problem-solving, analytical, and planning skillsEffective written and verbal communicationWillingness to travel frequently and handle end-to-end service responsibilityA team player with a process- and system-driven mindsetCompensation:CTC: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA (Higher package for deserving candidates)
