  • Responsible for 100% compliance of various process, Policy , Standards and guidelines of all domains of technology operation
  • On ground audit of 5 to 10% activities under execution
  • Publish audit and compliance reports highlighting risk and available mitigations to concern stakeholders
  • Drive for corrective actions based on audit findings
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
  • Identify the critical area of improvement through inhouse audit across domain and share the action with Operations Head.
  • Perform audit to enhance quality of NW by validating the design and controls around the different technology domain platforms which hosts the new Hardware / Software / Configuration in addition to interpreting the complex data sets
  • Creation of audit and compliance calendar for various domain i.e. RAN, MTX/Transport Hub, UBR sites, Transport, Enterprise, Core, Fiber & SNOC
  • Software Level audit for all domains.
  • Ensure data parity between VIU, OSS, UIM, Performance & all other related tools for site and node database.
  • Plan monthly audits along with circle audit teams & ensure routine governance to improve circle network operations.
  • Technology asset verification using the applicable tools & report the finding with corrective actions
  • Perform audit for operational processes adding new risks in the technology which will help to arrest challenges and plan corrective action accordingly by highlighting non-compliances.
  • Monthly Rollout audits for New rollout site & Technology deployment projects.
  • Validation of New nodes, Fiber rectification like overhead to underground, overhead Fiber addition, etc. are made live only after proper AT/approval.
  • Co-ordinate with Circle, SNOC & Central teams for scheduled audits & related activities based on their requirements.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
  • 12-15 years of experience in the various domain of technology operation in service provider/OEM environment
  • Innovative thinking and the exploration of diverse perspectives that go beyond the usual norms
  • Experience of handling audit and compliance for technical function
  • Must have good analytics and interpersonal skills.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
  • BE or B.Tech in Electronics /communication
  • Certification in audit domain is an added advantage
