Job descriptionLocation- NashikQualification- (Diploma with 5+ Yrs / ITI with 10+ years.)Industry- Textile/Chemical/Pharma/PolymeeRoles and Responsibility● Should conversant with operation and maintenance of utility equipment's like chillers, compressors, steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, Nitrogen plants, DG sets, etc.…● Should conversant with operation and maintenance of switchgear, protection relay, motor, transformers, VFD.● Candidate having experience of DTY Machines, POY Machines, FDY machines, continuous polymerization (CP) good advantage and is highly preferred.● Should have good experience in administration of departmental activities and handling group of peoples.●Must know D.G.set operation in sync. mode and able find out & solve the problem of D.G. synchronization system● Hands on experience of operation and maintenance of electrical systems like PCC,MCC,VFD,APFC, transformer, D.G. Set, Sync, panel, Motors, Earthing System, Sub-Station equipment's.● Day to day activities like attending the shift activities, trouble shooting primarily in process, utility and service area.● Writing Reports and documentation.● Programming and minor modifications/customization in Electrical systems like PCC, MCC, Starters,Panels,VFD,etc..● IMS implementation and documentation.● Understand plant power distribution system, process drawing (Process interlock drawing -PID)●Should have knowledge of repair & testing of various equipment's.● Should execute Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plants electrical equipment's.● Must have Knowledge of reading/understanding the Electrical Diagram● Support team Member at shop floor and HOD in assigned jobs.soft SkillsDecision makingCommunication (written / oral)Operating equipment'sManaging peopleTime ManagementPlanning & SchedulingAnalytical SkillInformation ManagementA willingness to accept responsibility and make decisionsAble to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Thanks and RegardsHR Priya9303037707Job requirements
