- As a Telecom Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the telecommunications and network services within the organization.
- This role involves invoice processing, vendor management, coordination with service providers, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- The Telecom Analyst Lead will play a crucial role in optimizing telecom expenses, resolving billing discrepancies, and enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Engage with global vendors to understand the local Telecom policies and standards to amend them to our organization's requirements.
- Invoice Processing:
- Analyze telecom and network circuit bills for accuracy and adherence to contracts.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify discrepancies, approve payments, and manage telecom and network circuit billing disputes.
- Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with telecom vendors.
- Monitor and evaluate telecom carrier and Telecom Expense Management (TEM) vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Service Coordination:
- Coordinate with service providers for the implementation of new connections and address escalations promptly.
- Interface with the TEM services provider to align with the monthly budget spend and manage account activities.
- Cost Optimization:
- Conduct a cost-benefit analysis to consolidate and streamline operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and reduce overall operational costs.
- Implement strategies to optimize telecom expenses while maintaining service quality.
- Compliance:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with contracts and statements of work.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of mobility, data, and voice services inventory, accounts, and invoices.
- Internal Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between internal employees and external vendors.
- Respond to and resolve inquiries related to service, operations, and billing questions.
- Timely activation, conversion, and deactivation of mobile connections as per the organization's requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in telecom management, vendor relations, and invoice processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be willing to work in global friendly hours to cater to all global needs.
- Knowledge of telecom industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Familiarity with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) tools and processes
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
