Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across hospital and campus facilities.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all HVAC equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service issues related to cooling and heating systems.
Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently, maintaining proper temperature and air quality for hospital standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC units and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts.
Work collaboratively with the facility management and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (preferably in healthcare or institutional settings).
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, VRV/VRF systems.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency maintenance needs.
Commitment to quality, safety, and a service-first mindset.
