Job Description Job Title: Fashion Consultant / Stylist for Fashion Store Operations - Immediate Joiners Job Type: Full-time Location: Banjara Hills , Hyderabad, Telengana Total Positions: 2 1st Position = Junior Stylist = 1 year + experience. Fashion School Graduate 2nd Position = Stylist = 3+ years' experience. Fashion School Graduate Position Overview We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Fashion Consultant to join the team in Hyderabad immediately. As the Fashion Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our store. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Key Responsibilities Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and resolve customer concerns promptly. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage replenishment orders. Visual Merchandising: To create an appealing and inspiring shopping environment, ensure visual merchandising standards are met. Store Maintenance: Oversee store cleanliness, safety, and security. Billing & Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to higher management. Sales Management Set and achieve sales targets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to boost sales. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion. Analyse market data and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies and differentiate our services. Qualifications Diploma or degree in fashion. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends. Minimum 1 + years of experience in Fashion store management, Fluency in English, and Hindi is compulsory. knowledge of Telegu is good to have but if you don't know its OK. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make sound decisions, and work independently and in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Proficiency in using CRM software, other sales tools, and Billing software. Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Professional appearance and demeanor. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Other Important Considerations Remuneration - As per market Rate Yearly Appraisal and increase in salary NO PF/ No ESI No Incentive schemes Trendy and presentable smart formals. 6 days' work from the Store. 1 day off per week only on a weekday of your choice. 1 Paid leave a month. Operational days and hours - All days of the year. A. Hyderabad store - 10:30 to 8 PM on all days Candidate can bring own laptop to work. The store laptop is used for billing and reports.
